The SEPS Approach To Self Defense & Self Protection
SEPS in conjunction through its research arm, RIVA (Research Into Violence and
Aggression), conducts its own research through online questionnaires and surveys, face-to-face interviews, discussion groups etc in order
to understand more clearly the types of violence and aggression people face in various situations. This allows us to be more effective in
developing and prescribing workable solutions.
Our research has one goal only and that is to help us educate individuals on the optimum way to behave when dealing with violence (Government
agencies and academic bodies tend to be more interested in investigating general trends and behaviour patterns).
SEPS uses the latest data warehousing and analytics software (some of which is custom designed) to help analyse the results, which is done by two
individuals with more than 30 years worth of data management/analytics and research experience behind them.
